In most cases, yes. HD Sharman’s Seamsil® 100 is specifically designed for cut-edge corrosion and carries a 15-year BBA-approved guarantee. We treat the corroded edges, encapsulate bolt fixings with Seamsil® 400, then apply the Delcote® coating over the top. If sheeting has corroded through to structural failure, we’ll tell you honestly.
How does the cost compare to a full re-roof?
